I don’t know about you, but I have a hard time getting motivated to cross/stength train. As a runner, I know how important it is to cross and strength train, but if I am being honest, it is my least favorite part of my weekly workouts. Every time I strength train, I wish I were running.
However, if I keep my stength training fast paced and change up my routine every now and then, it helps to keep my mind engaged.
I thought I would share my favorite quick and effective leg workout with you all today. It is fast paced and only takes (approximately) 20 minutes to complete. Another great thing about this leg workout? You can take it anywhere- at home, while traveling, on lunch break, etc. No weights are required, however if you want to add them in, that’s great too.
