Leg and Core 20 Minute Circut Workout 

If you know me, I’m a huge proponent of effective, short, sweet, and sweaty at home workouts. Why? Not only do they require little to no equipment they also don’t require a trip to the  gym. Don’t get me wrong, I love going to a gym, but not everyone has a gym membership or enough time to go. 

If that’s you, these at home workouts do the trick! My only equipment that I use are dumbells- the rest I use my body weight (plus babies body weight.) 😉

You can do the lunges, squats, and calf raises with weights if you want to be an overachiever. 😉
