Banana Chocolate Muffins (Gluten Free)

Bananas and chocolate come together to make this delicious muffin that is full of flavor. These muffins are not only flavorful, but are also gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free. Enjoy as a snack, with breakfast, or an on the go pick me up.

I don’t know about you, but chocolate and bananas are meant to be together. I love flavor combos and this one is one of my favorites.

These muffins are gluten free, but that doesn’t mean that they are dense, in fact, they are just the opposite, fluffy – just how you want a muffin to be.

Chocolate Banana Muffins:

3 Large, Ripe Bananas

1 c. Pitted dates

2 Eggs

1 c. Oat flour

1/3 c. Cocoa powder

2 Packets Stevia

Pinch of salt

1 Tsp. Cinnamon

1 Tsp. Baking powder

1 Tsp. Baking soda

Method:

Blend bananas and dates in blender or food processor. Once combined, add eggs and mix until just stirred in.

In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients together.

Add wet ingredients to dry, stir and pour batter into greased muffin tin.

Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.

Enjoy warm or store (once cooled) for snacks later.
