Working out Thirty-six Weeks Pregnant is Hard and Lazy, Healthy Lasagna for Dinner! (WIAW 8/2)

Happy Wednesday friends, how has your morning been? Mine is already off to a fantastic start- I just finished two miles and am about to make breakfast. Before I do, let’s chat about today’s WIAW, okay?

(Don’t know what happens around the blog every week? Check out the details here!)

Alright, let’s get this party started!!

Yesterday, I started off my morning with devotions, blogging, and a circuit workout.

With an ever growing bump, the circuit workout was pretty uncomfortable and tough. But, it felt good to work up a sweat.

Afterward, I enjoyed my favorite smoothie. (Making this again today!)

The rest of the morning, I worked on washing laundry, cleaning the house, and preparing lunch.

I was quite excited that Landon was coming home for a lunch date.

My lunch was super random but super delicious. Lentils, corn/cucumber salad, and green beans from the garden. Oh, and cheese that didn’t make it in the photo.

I spent my afternoon finishing up laundry (so much laundry!), grocery shopping, and blogging.

Oh and I enjoyed this deliciousness for a snack.

Tropical fruit sorbet? Yes please. (Find the recipe here.)

Since we have a ton of zuchinni to use up, we enjoyed a lazy zuchinni lasagna for dinner! (Recipe to come later today!)

Later on during the evening, Landon played frisbee with friends, while I opted to stay home and finish up some work. Late nights + bugs + humidity + 36 weeks preggo, didn’t sound too appealing.

What did sound appealing? A mug of Cherrios (or crispy oats- gotta love off brand names…) topped with a drizzle of honey. Taste like honey nut Cherrios without the added sugar! (Win, win!)

And that’s a wrap. I’ll be back later today to share my lasagna recipe with you all. Stay tuned!

Hope your Wednesday is great!
Questions of the Day

  1. What is your favorite cereal? Do you buy name brand or off brand?
  2. Name three things you ate yesterday!
  3. Favorite way to eat zuchinni? I need ideas…
