We Have a FIVE Month Old + Headstand (TOL #63)
Is it just me or are you trying to figure out how we made it to Thursday already? This week is flying by and I’m pretty much okay with that. Except that means that with every day that passes, the little man gets older. Cue all the hormonal tears.
Speaking of the little munchkin, yesterday, he officially turned five months old. How?! It seems like just yesterday we brought him home from the hospital, yet, on the other hand I feel as if we’ve known Benaiah for forever. Don’t grow up too fast baby boy.
In case you missed it, I share a Gluten Free Double Fudge Protein Brownies on the blog on Monday! These brownies are more cake-like which means you could totally bake these in a round pan, slather some frosting on it and call it a cake. Easy peasy, right? Find the recipe, here.
Lately, eggs are tasting amazzzing. Like uber good. I don’t know if it’s the protein from the eggs, the saltiness, or the warmth from this breakfast, regardless, they are tasting super good.
I don’t have a picture of this yet, but guys, I conquered my headstand!! I set this goal early this year and I’m happy to say I nailed it. I am still working on holding it and balancing, but I am glad that I can get into it.
Speaking of working out, this Total Body workout is super effective, short and sweat. I may have shared this link before, but wanted to share with you again. I really enjoy finding new ways to workout! I’m also loving Plyometric workouts, running on my new treadmill, and working on my balance with yoga. I’ll have to do a full blog post about my current workout regime, but currently, I’m enjoying a variety of different workouts.
I know, I know, I may be totally fan girling over here, but I can’t help it. Beauty and the Beast was one of my favorite Disney movies growing up and I can’t hold back my excitement about the new version coming up!
