Vegan Lasagna and Romper Love (TOL #76)

Hellloo and happy Thursday! I always love Thursdays, because the week is slowly winding down and we are getting ready for the weekend!! Woohoo! I don’t have much on the agenda, yet, but I will be going on a course preview run on Saturday with a bunch of runners and knocking out 10 miles! I love starting the weekend off on a sweaty note and I am super looking forward to that run!

Anyways, thank you Amanda for hosting today’s rambles! Let’s get this party going!

I shared this photo in my weekend recap, but I had to share it again. These muscles shirts on grandpa and Benaiah were too much for me to handle. Also, Benaiah’s hair is on point.

Speaking of on point, THIS LASAGNA PEOPLE. I only wish it was my own recipe, but alas, it isn’t! You can find it, however, here! Landon and I are not vegan, but I thought this would be fun to try out and it really did not disappoint. I have a feeling this will be in our monthly meal rotation ( <<like that even exists, haha!)

Something else I can’t get enough of?! THESE TWO! Hello adorablness! My sweet friend, Natalie and I met one another through our Bradley class and had our boys two days apart! It has been so much fun seeing them grow up together and I am praying this will be the start of many, many more play dates!

I know this photo is showing you a cup of coffee, but I want to take a minute and give a quick shout out to my friend, Amber, for opening up my eyes to the wonderous world of rompers. Woah, where have these babies been all my life. Not only are they adorable, comfortable, and cool, they are also one piece, which means I don’t have to spend minutes on end trying to decide what piece to match with whatever else I have. PRAISE.

Currently obsessed with this chair. I am hoping to revamp our living room this summer or late fall, which means I’m eyeing all sorts of furniture! This chair is definitely up there!

Oh and this lamp. Hello, lovely.

On another lovely note, I just discovered a local bakery that is totally GF and offers paleo, vegan and dairy free, nut free, etc. options! Although I am not strictly any of the mentioned eating types, I do enjoy a fun, different treat and this dark chcocate almond butter cup was AMAZING. The price was also killer, which means I’ll be back for more 😉

I have decided that I love Old Navy’s t-shirts and should just invest some time and pick up a few of this style in almost ever color. They are cool, stylish, and comfy. Can’t beat that!

My people. Love them.

Lastly, if you haven’t checked out my review of the Mizuno Wave Sky, you can find it here. Short verdict: love, love, love. Also, the color on these babies are amazing.

And on that note, I’ll leave you for today! I’m heading out for a quick and easy recovery run before my 10 miler on Saturday! Happy Friday eve everyone.
