Since twisting my ankle a couple of days ago, at-home workouts have been a lifesaver. I’m convinced that once baby T comes, aside from running, at-home workouts will be my new favorite way to work up a sweat! I love the efficiency of at-home workouts because they require little to no equipment and they do not consume a large amount of time.
Today, I’ll share one of my favorite at home workouts. This circuit requires no equipment, takes only 20-25 minutes, and works out the body!
