Sophistication, New Finds, and Twins (TOL) #33

How is it already Thursday? This week is flying by, but if you ask me, I’m okay with that.

Before I share all my random thoughts with you all, I want to give a shout to Amanda for hosting today.

1. Unpleasant moment of the week so far: almond butter prices. How is this even fair?

2. To console myself about the rise of almond butter prices, I made myself no bake chocolate peanut butter cookies. Just kidding, I made them for a Bible study that we are hosting tonight. Of course, I did try one out to make sure it wasn’t poisonous.

3. Aside from the highlight of making cookies, another highlight was finding a new trail to run on. Isn’t that view goegeous?

4. Another happy moment, using this tea cup. I don’t know about you, but when I use a “real” tea cup, I feel 1573,000 times for sophisticated.

5. Something that’s not so sophisticated? Eating wraps. Why must they be so messy?

6. Because the Internet always speaks truth, I knew it nailed it again when I took this quiz and found out my sister is also my twin. 😉 In all seriousness though, this was pretty accurate.

7. In case you guys missed it- my beloved hummus recipe (that I slathered all over that gorgeous wrap shown above) was shared yesterday! If you are interested in making something you can impress a crowd (or yourself) with- try this one out. Five minutes, a blender, and some simple ingredients turn into this delicious dip.

That’s all for now, I’m off to get my garden weeded. Talk to you all later!

Share Your Thursday Thoughts:

  1. If you could say anyone is your twin who would it be and why?
  2. What is your favorite cookie?
  3. Do you like to run trails?
