Peppercorn Ranch Chili Turkey Burgers 

These flavorful and healthy peppercorn ranch chili turkey burgers are the perfect summer meal. Easy to make and delicious to eat, these burgers are sure to be a hit!

After contemplating what I wanted to make for dinner last night, I decided to whip up turkey burgers to go along with baked potatoes.

I couldn’t decided what flavor I wanted them to be, until I saw chili powder and Bolthouse Farms Greek yogurt peppercorn ranch dressing. I immediatley decided to throw the two flavors together and see what happened. 


The flavor turned out amazing and the burgers were juicy to boot. 

I wrapped our burgers in Swiss chard, but you could serve them on buns, rolls, on top a salad, anything you want!


Peppercorn Ranch Chili Turkey Burgers 

Recipe 

  • 1 lb. ground turkey 
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. Garlic powder 
  • 1 tsp. Oregano 
  • 1 tsp. Basil 
  • 1/4 c. Bolthouse Farms Greek Yogurt Peppercorn Ranch Dressing 
  • 1 tsp. Chili powder 
  • 1 tsp. Salt 

Method 

Combine all ingredients together. Get your hands in that bowl and patty into burgers. (I ended up with 7 burgers.) 

After shaping into burgers, place on grill or place burgers onto skillet and cook for 25 minutes. (Or until meat is 165 all the way through.) 

Serve on buns or lettuce wrap and with your favorite sides.
