Homemade Greek Yogurt Taco Dressing

Thanks to a high powered blender, this dressing comes together in less than ten minutes, is full of flavor, and inexpensive to whip up. Serve over a salad, tacos, or as a fantastic chip dip.

I am a sucker for a good dressing. Especially when the dressing involves tomatoes, garlic, and chili  powder.

Lately, I’ve been making homemade salad dressings. They are simple to make, budget friendly, and much healthier for you. (Although, I’m still a fan of my beloved Bolthouse Farms dressings!) Instead of making my usual olive oil and vinegar dressing, yesterday, I decided to whip up this creamy, dreamy taco dressing. Super simple to make and even easier to eat, this dressing won’t disappoint!

Greek Yogurt Taco Dressing

1/2 c. Salsa

1/3 c. Greek yogurt *plain*

1/4 tsp. Garlic powder

1/4 tsp. Chili powder

Method

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pour into jar and chill in fridge. I highly recommend using this as a salad dressing, chip dip, or taco sauce.
