Welcome back to the party friends! Fitness Friday’s are always a fun time where we are able to keep each other accountable and encourage one another in our fitness pursuits and goals!
Here’s what happened (and is planned to happen) for half- marathon training week number 3.
Sunday 3/29 – Rest
Monday 3/30 – 3.5 mile run @ 7:36 average pace
Tuesday 3/31 – 6 x 400 meter repeats (total of 3.20 miles) @ 6:46 average pace
Wednesday 4/1 – 20 minute run on the steepest hills I’ve ever run before also forgot my watch…so pace?
Thursday 4/2 – Cross training 4 x 25 sets of each (Abs, Arms, Legs)
Friday 4/3 – 2 Mile run and strength training with weights
Saturday 4/4 – 7 Mile run
Sunday 4/5 (Easter!) – Rest
Total Mileage for the week- 18.20
Upcoming fun next week: Annual 5k race with dad! Looking forward to that!
