February Stitch Fix Review

DSC_3337

A few days ago, I received my second Stitch Fix fix and once again, my stylist nailed it. If you aren’t familiar with just what Stitch Fix is, here is a little about the company and their vision.

“Stitch Fix is the first fashion retailer to blend expert styling, proprietary technology and unique product to deliver a shopping experience that is truly personalized for you. Simply fill out the Stitch Fix Style Profile and our personal stylists will handpick a selection of five clothing items and accessories unique to your taste, budget and lifestyle. You can buy what you like and return the rest (shipping is free both ways).”

I’ve decided to get quarterly shipments and so far, I’ve loved each fix I’ve received Today, I thought I would share a peek into my latest fix and my review of each piece.

First of all, I love how nicely everything is packaged and how personalized every fix is. Each time I get a shipment, I feel like a queen.

Just Black® Skinny Jeans

The first item in my fix were these adorable Just Black® black skinny jeans. In my last fix, I bought a pair of Just Black® straight legged dark wash jeans that I absolutely love. As much as I love the brand, I decided to skip purchasing these since I don’t normally wear black skinny jeans.

Floral Infinity Scarf

The next item was a adorable floral print scarf. I really liked this item, but decided to skip purchasing this item as well. I did like how delicate this scarf was and the color was perfect.

Black and Gold Vest

The next two items, I would have purchased if I didn’t have a budget. 😉 I liked this vest a lot, but didn’t fall in love with it. I don’t know if it’s because I am short, but I felt a little dwarfed in it. Although I decided not to purchase this item (or the next) if I didn’t have a budget, I would have purchased it. I need to branch out of my normal style and this would have fit the bill perfectly.

Kaileigh Striped Shirt

This striped shirt was super comfortable and a nice quality fabric. If fit okay, but I felt like it was a little baggy. (Maybe it was supposed to be?) I decided to return it.

Blue Key Hole Blouse

I promise, I did buy something this fix and this was it. This keyhole blouse was perfect and everything I want a shirt to be. Comfortable. Stylish. Trendy, but not too trendy. And a little different than any other shirt I have in my closet. This was a win all around!

Isn’t the detail on this shirt adorable?

Overall, I really liked this fix and I would have bought a few more items if I wasn’t trying to stick to a certain budget!

I hope you guys have a great rest of your Tuesday! Let’s chat tomorrow, okay?
