Easy “Peasy” Chicken Stir Fry 


I asked Landon what he wanted for dinner last night. His response: stir fry. He’s such a great guy. Landon and I are big fans of stir fries for a variety of reasons. 

1. They are easy to make. Throw a bunch of ingredients in a skillet, add some seasonings, and call it good.

2. They are a great way to get all your nutrition in one bowl: protein, carbs, veggies, healthy fats, etc. 

3. They taste good. (Enough said.)


Easy, “Peasy” Chicken Stir Fry:

1 Large onion

3 Large cloves of garlic 

3 c. Snow peas 

Large handful kale

Large handful asparagus 

1/2 pound ground chicken

1-2 tsp. Garlic powder 

1-2 tsp. Adobo seasoning (or salt)
