Current Favorite Total Body (Equipment Free!) Circuit Workout

Meanwhile, I wanted to share my newest favorite circuit workout with you!

This circuit workout focuses on toning arm and core muscles, while also working on those legs! It’s perfect if you have a limited time to workout or want to take an easier day, while also wanting to keep active in some way. 


Finish each round and repeat four times! Should take an estimated time of 20-25 minutes.
