Enjoying Life one RUN at a Time

Bump Date: 29 Weeks!

We are officially 29 weeks and with each week that passes, we are getting more and more excited. I have a feeling that these last 10 or so weeks are going to fly by (or at least that’s what I am hoping for!) 

Baby Updates: 

Baby T is a whopping 17 inches long (close to what he or she will be at birth!) and approximately 2.9 pounds. Fun fact: baby T will double or triple his/her weight in the upcoming weeks. (Which is great, as long as mom doesn’t do the same 😉 haha. 

Weight Gained:

Roughly 10- 11 pounds, depending on the time of day. 

Workouts:

So far, I’ve still been able to run and use some weights. I’ve also been incorporating stretching and lots of planks into my routines. I’ll be honest, running in the third trimester is harder than I expected-yesterday’s run my hips were not happy with me. I’m taking it one run, one day, one week at a time and listening to my body. 


Symptoms: 

Let’s start on a high note: lots of fun movement! I love watching Baby T flip around, it is the neatest thing ever. 

Not-so-fun: Left hip pain and heartburn.

Food Cravings: 

The usual suspects: watermelon, salads, fruit, sweet/ regular potatoes, eggs, cheese, and smoothies. 


Food Aversions:

None- hallelujah! 

Gender Suspicions: 

This may surprise you, but recently “he” has been coming out of my mouth. I don’t know what to think now 😉 I’m still leaning toward girl, but I have this slight suspicion of a boy in the back of my mind…

Any Baby/Pregnancy Related Purchases: 

This isn’t a purchase, but I’ve been working on my registery and having a blast! It makes everything seem even more real. 


Looking Forward to?

Finishing our registry and (obiously) meeting our little one!!

Miss Anything: 

My back/hips feeling normal. Other than that, not too much!
